Job Listing: Marketing & Office Coordinator

ATDynamics seeks an individual with the skills required to oversee special marketing projects and general office administration for a high profile start-up company commercializing fuel efficiency technology in the transportation industry. ATDynamics flagship product is a patented aerodynamics technology with immediate fuel-saving, global-warming and environmental benefits for the long-haul trucking industry. Candidate must possess (or have the ability to rapidly learn) the skills for back-office functions such as bookkeeping and office management as well as design/marketing/communications skills related to the development of the company’s promotional materials and marketing strategy. • Eagerness to undertake critical marketing and office management role in dynamic start up environment • Assist ATDynamics team in the rapid build-out of new company headquarters • Handle ongoing general office administrative tasks including but not limited to: HR, scheduling, bills & invoices, expense filings, and client/industry communication • Develop marketing and publicity materials to coincide with ATDynamics’ high-profile launch of “green-trucking” technology • Oversee certain customer and industry relationships and media inquiries • Design basic promotional pamphlets and videos for customer and media distribution • Maintain and update information on company website • Undertake special projects as needed by ATDynamics’ CEO, engineering team or sales team.
