Job Description: o 25% will be gathering data (property data), gap analysis o 25% will be delivering own project deliverables & attending meetings o 50% will be dedicated to communications (tracking large project deliverables) o Serve as Corporate Real Estate project manager in support of TDBU Major Transmission Line Projects (will be assigned 3-4 projects) o Coordinate delivery of CRE (Corporate Real Estate) products and services to major projects such as, property rights information, survey, appraisal, document preparation, and acquisition of new property rights. o Will survey data, requests, and track data o Will manage multiple action items (not responsible for project) o Will be the primary point of contact




Required Skills

Job Requirements: o Broad depth of knowledge of Real Estate- property ownership, parcels, assessor's information o Good understanding of property granting documents, easements, permits & licensing; as well as knowledge of right-of-way acquisitions. o Typically possesses three to five years of experience in managing large scale projects and use of associated management tools and techniques. o Will consider candidates with a background in pipeline construction, oil, natural gas, highway acquisitions, and electrical transformers
