Job Listing: VP of Tax (Real Estate)
Volt Services Group is looking for an experienced tax professional to join a large financial services institution as a Vice President of Tax specializing in Real Estate. The VP of Tax will be responsible for total compliance of Federal and State tax in regards to all real estate properties across the US; tax research, strategies, & planning; tax issues related to real estate and financial services transactions; special projects related to tax savings opportunities, FAS 109 and 48 compliance; and additional ad hoc projects.

Required Skills
Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree in Taxation plus CPA certification is required. 8-12 years of Tax experience within a corporate Real Estate environment is required. Strong experience in tax planning related to Real Estate is required. Strong communication, presentation, and computer skills are also required.
