Duties will include:Formulate and design Nortel, Avaya, and CISCO SystemsPerform site surveys on potential projectsMeet with Sales and Customer in the development of new business and in response to customer engineering and design questionsAssist in the development and implementation of sold projectsAssist in the development and implementation of pricing modulesExpand business opportunities in all line of businessInterpret customer requirementsAssist in the review project of bid/no bid decision with Regional DirectorsProvide customized material and labor quotes for customerMaintain unit labor standardsServe as engineer contact for TRM's and customersMonitor and maintain quality and safety standardsPractices data and document controlPrepares and maintains Training Plan and Training RecordParticipates in Communication and Staff meetingsExperience with Access Control, Video Surveillance and Security Systems a plus.
