Our Client, one of the leading Banking Institutions in New England is currently seeking a Vice President who will serve as the Financial Reporting Manager. Our client has consistently been named one of the Top 100 Places to Work in NE and is seeking top-talent to add to their ranks. This candidate will be responsible for managing the Company’s financial reporting process and the analysis of emerging accounting issues. Candidate must produce timely and accurate filings of external reports for the FDIC, Federal Reserve, SEC, and Massachusetts Division of Banks, as well as produce internal financial statements for the Board of Directors. Additionally, candidate will be responsible for the management of the Bank’s tax position. This is a position that is ideal for someone looking to take the next high profile step in their career. Required Skills
CPA with strong technical background and prior banking experience is a MUST. Also SEC experience is required. Relocation assistance will be provided for the appropriate candidate. Strong understanding of FCC reporting. Needs to have good staff management skill/experience. Banking experinence is required. I am still in need of a CPA, Director of Financial Reporting.
