The Controller directs the financial affairs of the casino resort analyzing operations for management guidance. This individual will establish economic objectives and policies for the organization, prepare reports, outlining the company's financial position in areas of income, expense and earnings based on past, present and future operations. This individual directs preparation of budgets and financial forecasts and advises management on desirable operational adjustments.

Required Skills
EXPERIENCE AS A CASINO CONTROLLER REQUIRED. This individual will have minimum of a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and will have spent minimum of 8 years in progressively greater levels of responsibility in an accounting environment. A growth-focused, change-experienced, CASINO CONTROLLER will be the top candidate.
