This position is located in the Planning Section of the Public Works Branch, Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA. The sections primary function is to implement the shore facilities planning system providing master planning for the future needs of the Base and to administer the Military Construction and Special Project Program to include management of funds for design, construction and related costs.
