This position is located in the Legal Division, Chicago Regional
Office of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and provides
support to the legal staff.
Major Duties
Performs administrative support duties, including typing and related
assignments for the legal staff. Receives and places telephone
calls. Receives and assists personal callers. Makes appointments and
maintains appointment calendar. Makes travel arrangements, schedules
meetings and arranges meeting rooms and conference and VTC calls.
Maintains and updates office files and records. Prepares mail and
packages in accordance with standard procedures including tracking.
Prepares legal documents with proper format and distribution. Inputs
dates and prepares reports using the Legal Management Information
System. Uses software, such as, Summation iBlaze to manage case
information such as transcripts and documents for litigation.

Salary Range: 37,603.00 - 55,579.00 USD per year
