Our client is a industry leading financial services company who is looking to grow and add a Business Analyst to their team. Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years experience as Business Analyst/Technical in a Software Development environment
- In-depth experience with requirements gathering, Use Cases and detailed Functional Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate project requirements to both technical and non-technical users
- Ability to work closely with the technology team to communicate and clarify requirements and business needs
- Demonstrated ability and understanding of Software development methodologies and the software development process
- Skilled at organizing complicated information into simple understandable terms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills

Desired Qualifications
- 3 plus years experience as Business Analyst/Technical Writer in a Software Development environment
- Experience documenting and communicating requirements with UML
- Software development experience, or understanding of software development process
- Financial industry experience
- Trading knowledge or experience
- Undergraduate degree BA or BS
