WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

The questionnaire is designed to capture the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position. The evaluation you receive is based on your responses to the questionnaire and is a measure of the degree to which your background matches the knowledge, skills, and abilities required of this position.

Applicant must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to at least the GS-4 level in the Federal service) providing patient care to chronically and/or acutely ill patients under minimal direction.; contributing to the team in the development, implementation and evaluation of the patients treatment plan; performing a range of personal patient care which includes: feeding, bathing, lifting and turning patients, and providing oral, nail, hair and related hygiene care; carrying out and assisting with tests, examinations, and procedures, including follow-up care and observation; performing a wide range of treatment procedures that includes topical medications, using hot and cold packs, changing sterile dressings, giving enemas, removal of catheters, irrigation of catheters, caring for patients in isolation; observing, reporting and recording all pertinent data regarding the physical and emotional status of patients.
EDUCATION SUBSTITUTION: Successful completion of 4 years above high school leading to a bachelors degree with courses related to the occupation.
