This position is located in the Enforcement Unit, District Office Field Management Programs, Office of Program Operations, Office of the Chairman, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). The incumbent of this position investigates simple cases and segment of more complex cases involving employment discrimination. This is a trainee level position. Through on-the-job exposure to the investigative activities of the Commission, as well as through formal classroom training, the incumbent develops knowledge and skills necessary to perform more responsible assignments, including the full range of investigative functions on simple and less complex cases.
