This company is a market leader in delivering custom-tailored ISS to their most demanding clients. This person will act as a Hardware Engineer responsible for break/fix work on servers at their customer sites.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of hardware experience performing break/fix work on Intel servers (Proliant, Blades/Dell, HP, IBM). A strong understanding of at least one Microsoft operating system and network is required. A history of strong customer service skills is necessary. Hardware certifications are preferred. UNIX experience is a plus. EOE
