An International Chinese Recruiting team is looking for an ambitious candidate who has the sales drive and passion for following through from beginning to end problem solving. This role will play a key part to help increase overall Recruiter productivity while managing the complete internal hiring process for key client groups. This Recruiter will work with client groups and provide proactive coordination of the internal hiring process. This
recruiter will have the potential to travel to one of the world's oldest continuous civilizations.
The Staffing Associate/Recruiter role includes the following responsibilities:

Coordinating interview schedules with peer group in China and Redmond interviewers
Making sure interview feedback is in the tool and proactively helping Hiring Manager's offer and closing internal candidates as needed
Partnering closely with China Staffing Associate and China HR team to meet the annual hiring plan for the client groups
Travelling to China two times a year is a potential
Updating applicant tracking systems, to verify and confirm the status for candidates for further consideration by Staffing Consultants or Hiring Managers, scheduling phone interviews and submitting interview schedule requests
Working in World Wide systems to schedule interviews and complete all offer letters and processing of Visas
Working with SC to create all new external job postings, maintaining and updating as necessary
Engaging in a variety of complex administrative projects and coordinate meetings and events or special projects as needed. (e.g., Internal and external hiring events, diversity team initiatives, trips to China)

Required Skills for this Staffing Associate/Recruiter 1 includes the following:

BA or BS in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related discipline or equivalent work experience required
3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, or Executive Administrative Assistant is a MUST
Able to work Mid Day shifts- (12pm to 9pm) to allow for communication with Clients in China
Acting as a trusted advisor to the clients, Staffing Consultants and peer groups
Having confidence in your decision making and reach out to clients or other partners for help
Maintains 100% Data Integrity
Accuracy and attention to detail is must
Has proven problem solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates excellent organizational skills
Self learner, the ability to seek out information independent of supervision
Works well unsupervised
Possesses strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with a variety of internal candidates
Able to work independently, learn new tools quickly, and deliver high quality results on time
Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel proficiency required
Bonus Skills: Staffing experience
