Job Listing: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Volt Services Group is seeking an accounts receivable guru! We have partnered with a well established and stable company that is seeking an accounts receivable clerk. In this position this individual will take ownership and accountability for the accounts receivable department and be able to learn a new industry. Key duties and responsibilities: ~ Assist in resolving customer account problems. ~ Analyze, research, and assist in resolving items AR Discrepancy reports. ~ Review AR Aging report and work with branches on account issues. ~ Research and analyze customer accounts and review cash applications. ~ Analyze and solve AR problems. ~ Perform Customer Services duties with management of A/R questions. ~ Complete special projects as given by management. ~ Gather data, compile information, and prepare reports for management

Required Skills
The ideal candidate for this position will have: ~Accounts Receivable experience 3--5 years. ~Experience within a high volume, fast-paced environment. ~Willingness to learn a new and complex business. ~Strong customer service skills with a can do attitude. ~Experience working with outside vendors is preferred. ~Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office products. Must be able to pass a drug and background check. Must have a high school Diploma or GED.
