Team Lead/Sr. C#.NET Developer
Candidates will architect, design, and develop financial applications using agile development methodologies to rapidly solve business problems. We value innovative solutions to challenging problems spanning rule-based systems, distributed systems, SOA, and GUIs. Candidates will work directly with end users in a fast paced, rewarding environment where technology makes an immediate impact.
Ideal candidates will have the following background:
Technical
7+ years software development experience preferably with a financial services provider
3+ years C#/.NET development experience
Knowledge of OO design concepts and software design patterns
Experience developing on the Microsoft Windows platform with Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 is required
Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 databases
Experience acting as an application architect
General
Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills
Experience leading small teams or projects
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing business environment
Ability to manage through competing priorities and a diverse task load
Bachelor¿s or Master¿s degree in Computer Science or related field
