Required Skills

Lead / Supervisory experience strongly desired
• Must have team leader qualities
• 2 Years + Customer Service inbound calls, some outbound
• Dispatch experience for service and installation highly desirable
• Comfortable with independent procedure development strategies
• Functional knowledge and experience with MS Office Word, Excel
• Basic knowlege of MS Access
• Proven organizational skills
• Order / data entry experience; DOS Emulation and Windows - based

Hourly pay rate

Annual Compensation Range from 28,000 to 33,000 depending on experience. Medical & Dental Plans, Profit Sharing, Company Sponsored Long-Term Care Plan.
