Job Listing: Business Analyst with Bank Operation

TEKsystems is currently looking for a Mid to Senior Business Analyst for a client of ours in Mount Laurel, NJ.

He/She will be responsible for the following on a day-to-day basis:

Interact with business clients to gather requirements and translate business needs into system design and requirements.

Lead process improvement activities and design or facilitate process changes through the use of technology.

Problem analysis and design at a complex level.

Determine how new systems will integrate with existing ones, from the perspective of the business.

Ensure that system requirements meet business needs and that the business is able to fully integrate and implement new systems or system features.

Ensure that plans are in place for adequate testing and deployment and ensures that any problems are communicated and resolved

Experience:
Must HAVE *Experience in Retail Banking in with statements or Day1/Day 2.
