Job Listing: Senior Controller

- CPA or MBA Required (Prefer both)
- 10-15 yrs experience as Controller or VP Finance
- Strong expertise in Financial Modeling
- Federal contracting experience a must
- Extremely knowledgeable in FAR, DFAR, CAS
- Experienced working for large firms…requires strong knowledge of SOPs (standard operating procedures) that can be applied and implemented
- Start up experience required
- Previous exp working in Information Technology(IT consulting/systems integration firm ideal)
- Exp in Mergers & Acquisitions

- Knowledgeable in SEC/IPO & investment banking
- Skilled in budgeting, planning and forecasting
- Knowledgeable in SOX
- Strong communication skills (verbal/written) – i.e., Investor Relations financial writing

- Self-directed
- Self-motivated
- Mission driven
- Operationally active – must be a roll up your sleeves type of individual.
- Ability to handle high level of activity/financial aspects of late stage start up
- Will be required to “partner” with CEO and establish a close working relationship.
- Long working hours - frequent interaction by phone/email with sr. exec team, including CEO, on weekends
- Security Clearance preferred (at a minimum – must be eligible for security clearance (citizenship required; comprehensive background check will be a pre-requisite).
