Job Listing: Warehouse Clerk

Seeking an experience Warehouse Clerk.

SUMMARY:
Performs a variety of warehousing functions, which may include shipping, packaging, receiving, inventory control, supply documentation, data input, and material distribution and/or delivery. Works in a team environment to ensure smooth and efficient daily operation of Carlyle’s Distribution Warehouse.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fills customer orders accurately by pulling parts to meet customer requests.
- Prepares and packages materials/goods for shipment according to requirements.
- Receives incoming material, checks for accuracy against vendor invoices, customer orders and bills of lading and stages the material appropriately.
- Data Entry
- Hand counts and/or operates weighing scale to ensure proper quantities of parts/materials are pulled.
- Processes stock transfers in a timely manner.
- Verifies all material coming into and going out of the stockroom is properly part/quantity marked.
- Stocks all incoming parts and material in correct locations in a timely, orderly manner. Uses forklift, narrow aisle lift, or other machinery to disperse and move material.


QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent with one year warehouse related experience
