WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Your resume and supporting documentation will be compared to your responses to the Assessment Questionnaire. The questionnaire is designed to capture the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position. The evaluation you receive is based on your responses to the questionnaire and is a measure of the degree to which your background matches the knowledge, skills, and abilities required of this position.

TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION: A specific length of training and experience is not required, but you must show evidence of training or experience of sufficient scope and quality of your ability to do the work of this position. SCREEN-OUT ELEMENT: Your qualifications will first be evaluated against the prescribed screen out element, which usually appears as question 1 in the on-line questionnaire. Those applicants who appear to possess at least the minimal acceptable qualification requirement are considered for further rating; those who do not are rated ineligible and are eliminated. PHYSICAL EFFORT AND WORK CONDITIONS: Work assignments require the use of light to moderate physical effort. Employees MUST frequently lift, carry, or otherwise handle items weighing up to 20-25 pounds. Occasionally items weighing in excess of 40 pounds must be handled. Therefore, standing, walking, crouching, reaching, stooping, stretching, bending and kneeling or working on ladders in high places for extended periods of time is required.
Work is usually performed inside a well lighted, heated and ventilated area. Work is also conducted in highly visible crowded areas where workers and patient safety must be exercised. Employee is required to wear uniform and protective clothing when exposed to patients and areas that are contaminated or designated as clean areas.
