This client service operations group is looking for a highly motivated team member who understands the meaning of world-class service management, and wants to help build a $4B business.
As the Business Operations Analyst, you will primarily gather, analyze and report an accurate view of key performance metrics for an advertising segment. The Analyst position will provide specific recommendations to optimize customer support performance and ad platform functionality opportunities. In addition to segment performance, the Analyst role will partner closely with customer services & support, marketing, service operations planning and deployment, ad planning, and product teams to scope, document and deploy a world class service. You will be joining a team that is focused on results, works together to solve problems, and is committed to developing people.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Performing business operations modeling and planning for a segment
Communicating findings and recommendations to business group leadership
Refining the business metrics captured and measured, creating the processes to gather these multi-source global metrics, conducting the analysis and publishing the results on a monthly basis
Preparing departmental metrics critical in tracking performance, trends, staffing requirements and client service operations optimization opportunities
Performing analyses of client service operations data and driving actions through partnership across customer services & support, marketing, service operations planning and deployment, ad planning, and product development teams to achieve scalable and global seamless e2e customer support
Understanding competitive cost structures and conducting comparative analysis
Performing ad hoc financial analysis and modeling for rapidly scaling client service operations and special programs
Evaluating effectiveness of new programs by comparing results with original assumptions and forecasts and measuring ROI
Preparing monthly key metric performance reviews

Required Skills for this Business Analyst for Online Marketing includes the following:
SQL experience a must. Must have the ability to write dynamic queries and navigate complex joins
VBA automation experience
Access experience
5 plus years relevant experience
Strong spreadsheet competency with Excel required
Proficient with Microsoft desktop apps, including Word, PowerPoint and Project
Experience in sales or financial operations, in a media, technology or service company
Strong Analytical skills, especially on the cost and operational elements of a service business
Proven ability to articulate the business vision and mission, providing a solid results-driven call to action to a multitude of partners
Experience partnering with client services & support, marketing, technology teams, finance, and other functions as appropriate
Demonstrated track record of exceeding established goals on a consistent basis
A self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing industry, tolerate ambiguity and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight
Education requirement: A university/college degree Preferred
