Job Listing: Marketing/Sales Assistant
A STABLE manufacturing company is looking for a STELLAR Marketing/Sales Assistant. Are you very good at delivering PowerPoint presentations, manipulating big Excel spreadsheets, and able to multi task on a variety of projects at once? If you answered YES to all the questions please submit your resume ASAP.
Marketing/Sales Assistant will be responsible for coordinating and compiling market share data. Assist with data entry and reporting from various opportunity tracking and data management/account management systems. Compile sales reports. Assist with presentations development. Also responsible for other general administrative duties.

Required Skills
3-5 years of experience. Must be extremely proficient in Excel. Knowledge of other data base management systems a plus. General computer skills a must. Ability to handle multiple requests and shifting priorities essential. Must possess sound reasoning and judgement and have the to ability to work well with a variety of people (customers, contractors, distributors, sales team, factory resources. etc.).
