Job Listing: Plant Controller
Established in 1987, this agricultural organization is seeking a Plant Controller for their packinghouse operations. This individual will be responsible for the financial operations of the facility and will serve as a significant contributor to the existing management team.

Additional responsibilities include:
Preparation of monthly financial statements and financial reporting.
Preparation of financial forecasts.
Oversee daily operations of the finance department and recommend benchmarks for operating performance.
Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required, Master's or CPA helpful.
5+ years upper-level accounting experience, including minimum of 3 years as Controller.
Agricultural/Manufacturing background required.
Strong budgeting and forecasting abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and additional accounting software programs.
