Job Listing: Linux/Apache Network Administrator

Are you a UNIX/Linux Network Administrator looking for a long term opportunity to work with one of our largest clients? Than this may be the opportunity for you!

The client is looking for a Network Admin who has level 1 knowledge of Red Hat Linux servers along with working knowledge of Apache Web servers. The candidate will maintain and monitor remote Linux/Apache servers, support connectivity of remote sites (1500 nationwide), LAN/WAN administration, VPN, Firewalls and routers/switches.

To qualify for this position the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of TCP/IP based networks, low to mid level experience with Red Hat Linux servers and Apache Web servers.

In this role the candidate must posses exceptional communication and customer service skills. The candidate must have the ability to communicate and troubleshoot technical issues with non-technical people while being CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. This position will require rotational on call responsibilities.
