Job Listing: Quality Inspector

Description:
This position will be responsible for visual and dimensional inspection of components per written instructions. This position will also work with engineering in repair development and problem solving. This position will require qualification as a part 65 repairman.

Duties:
1. Perform Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection on components per written instructions.
2. Document Inspection results on applicable forms
3. Identify and schedule repair of non-conforming components
4. Print all component routers for all products
5. Prepare final certifying documentation for assigned components
6. Authorize by signature, on behalf of the repair station, the airworthiness of components
7. Interact actively with marketing to ensure customer satisfaction
8. Aid in the development and maintenance of repair schemes
9. Prepare all necessary documentation for all components
10. Other duties as required to support company objectives


Skills:
1. Ability to access a situation, draw valid conclusions, and make sound decisions
2. Understand product flow
3. Understand and use measuring equipment
