Job Listing: Architectural Project Manager (Design)

ARCHITECTURE PROJECT MANAGER
Sacramento, California

COMPENSATION: $70,000 - $85,000 (Based on Experience)


QUALIFICATIONS:
* 6-8 years experience
* Experience working on Commercial, Educational or Hospital projects
* AutoCAD and Architectural Desktop experience needed.
* 4 year degree required
* Leadership experience
* Quality communication skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Coordination, with all design disciplines, with specific architectural interface
*Plan, lead and participate in regular project design meetings(as needed)
*Mentor and support the design team
*Maintain Architectural schedules and oversee project budgets
*Must have superior design, visual, and communications skills and CADD experience.
*Experience in the healthcare, education, commercial, or retail markets is preferred.
*Design project management.
*Problem solving capabilities
*Conceptualization and schematic design abilities are a must.
