* Flooring experience- Hard Wood/ Tile

* Looking for true professional with proven experience within commercial or industrial maintenance.

* Must have own tools and reliable truck.

* Master of tile, general electrical and plumbing trade.

* Working with retail based cliental that requires travel up to 150 miles of reimbursed travel and occasional night work.
