Job Listing: Accounting Analyst

Our client is leader in the purchasing industry is seeking an Accounting Analyst. This Accounting Analyst will be conducting analytical reporting, web store sales, inventory reporting, and invoice review.
This position is a temp to perm position.

On a day to day basis the Accounting Analyst will be responsible for:

-Reconciling web store card sales to credit card deposits
-Review invoices according to contracts.
-Provide back-up support for cooperate office
-Inventory Reporting
-Provide back up- support for Accounting Manager as needed
-Make Bank of America bank deposits
-Participate in Great Plains conferences
-Monitor credit card and gift card fraud.
-Analyze trends

All interested Accounting Analyze must four years experience as a Accounting Analyst
Great Plains Accounting Software is preferred
