Job Listing: Retail/Healthcare Project Manager

Position: Project Manager

Location: Sacramento, CA

Salary: $80K-$125K DOE+ bonuses & benefits

Highly respected and industry leading medical facilities firm actively seeks 5+ year industry experienced Project Managers for their growing Sacramento office Special Projects Tenant Improvement Division.

Ideal Project Managers candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of project management in the commercial, retail or healthcare construction industry. A Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred, but may be substituted with experience.

Project Manager job responsibilities will include but are not limited to working with Senior Project Managers, Estimators, and Superintendents to plan and manage large commercial/retail construction. Will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, RFIs, change orders, and management of superintendents to complete the projects on time and within budget.

Must have the following skills:
- Bachelors Science degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or may be substituted with experience
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction project management experience

Following skills are preferred but not required:
- Estimating large construction projects
- Design / build commercial projects (tilt-up, cast-in-place, commercial / retail, office buildings)
