Job Listing: Manufacturing Technicians

Aerotek is currently seeking manufacturing technicians to work in a production environment.
The Technicians will be reporting directly to the Production Supervisor.

SUMMARY
The overall purpose of this job is to coordinate all aspects of the production process through hands-on involvement. Technicians will be working in a technically oriented group requiring minimum supervision to produce a very detailed family of products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Hands-on involvement in all aspects of the production effort/coordination.

- Ensure quality of the products utilizing.

- Follow detailed processes.

- Maintains detailed documentation and daily production reports.

- Work with minimal supervision to produce very detailed family of products.

- Provide general leadership in support of operation activities.

- Must be able to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

- Must be technically oriented with problem solving skills

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
