Job Listing: Human Resources Manager

Our client is currently seeking a Human Resource Manager.

Essential Functions:

-Lead/Assist and counsel Team members regarding guidelines
-Conduct investigations and recommend associated corrective actions
-Assist with recruitment efforts, including but not limited to screening/interviewing, follow through on hiring and travel when necessary
-Assist with leadership development, performance management, and workforce planning
-Advise on providing strategic direction and coaching to leaders on organizational and leadership effectiveness

Minimum Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent work experience in Human Resource Management
-Minimum of seven (5) years of experience managing Human Resource activities; covering all areas including HR benefits, medical, dental, 401k, long and short term disability, EEO claims, Employee Relations
-Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist covering all aspects of Human Resources
-Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
-Regular attendance and punctuality
-Must have a positive attitude

The candidate will need a strong employee relations background, investigations, EEO Claims, annual reviews, progress reports, and progressive guidance.
