Job Listing: Construction Manager/Project Manager

Design-build company in Rockville, MD in need of a Construction Project Manager. Qualified candidate will have experience with commercial construction management from site work to fitout. Candidate needs to be familiar with all divisions of construction management.

Travel required to the project sites as needed.

Requirements:

Degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field
5+ years experience in construction from preconstruction through completion
Experience in estimating and scheduling as well
