Job Listing: Environmental Health and Safety Manager

They have engaged us to search for an Environmental Health and Safety Manager that will perform environmental, health, safety assignments which will use concepts and principles to anticipate, identify, and evaluate in order to mitigate safety concerns. This very important role will provide a high priority to building and maintaining cooperative relationships both internally and externally to ensure complete compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements. Maintain safety-related record keeping consistent with OSHA regulation.
The successful candidate will place high priority to all EH&S laws, regulations and permits to keep current with EPA ( CAA, CWA, RCRA, EPCRA ) and OSHA requirements. Maintains internal system for investigating accidents, injuries, spills and recommends improvements to prevent future occurrences.

Required Skills
B.S Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 7+ years experience in a manufacturing environment as a Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor or Manager. 3+ years of experience will be considered if the candidate has worked in a Chemical Manufacturing Plant.
Experience with EHS laws, regulations and permits. Must be knowledgeable in the following areas: CAA, CAAA, CERCLA, CWA, EPCRA, LDAR, NPDES, OCPSF, SPCC, TSCA and TSDF.
Candidates that do not possess these minimum requirements need not apply.
