Job Listing: Commercial Loan Officer -
Volt Services Group is partnering with a growing Community Bank looking to establish a stronger presence in the Coeur d'Alene market. As a Commercial Banker, you will be responsible for business banking loan requests including review, analysis, and recommendations. You will also approve loans within stated limits of the financial institution. You will assist with overall operation of business banking lending division by operating within the companies policies and procedures, following up on delinquencies, selling all of the institutions products, and assisting outlying branches regarding business banking loan requests. You will also actively cross-sell all company products and services.
Required Skills
Portfolio management, lending recommendation and approval responsibilities; Prior knowledge of bank services; 2 or more years of business lending experience; Ability to make and service a broad range of complex business loans; many may involve large amounts of money and important clients; Strong business development and lead generation skills; Consultative sales skills (examples include: listening and questioning, negotiating, closing and networking); Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to achieve goals; Proven communication skills, written and verbal; Ability to work with others in achieving common goals; PC skills (prefer Excel); Excellent credit analysis skills

$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 Hourly DOE
