Job Listing: Aerospace Engineer

Our client, a small firm is located in Charlottesville and provides engineering and scientific R&D and technical services. They have an immediate need for an Aerospace Engineer / Electrical Engineer.
This individual will be responsible for measuring, modeling, predicting, and controlling complex systems to improve performance, safety, and efficiency. This individual will contribute significantly to the development of new technologies. They will assess their ideas in simulations, hardware-in-the-loop tests, and flight demonstrations.

Required Skills for Aerospace Engineer Job:

  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH AEROSPACE FLIGHT DYNAMICS.
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH AEROSPACE FLIGHT CONTROLS AND GUIDANCE.
  • MUST HAVE GRADUATED WITH A 3.0 GPA OR HIGHER.
  • MUST HAVE AN OUTSTANDING ACADEMIC OR PROFESSIONAL TRACK RECORD.
  • MUST HAVE STRONG ANALYTICAL AND MATH SKILLS.
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN C/C++ AND MATLAB.
  • MUST HAVE US CITIZENSHIP.
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH CONTROLS ENGINEERING.
  • MUST HAVE GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
  • MUST HAVE A MASTERS OR PHD IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING OR AEROSPACE ENGINEERING.
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH SIGNAL PROCESSING.

    Salary and Benefits

    Rate: $55,000 to $95,000 per Year
