Job Listing: Lab Technician

Our client is looking for a Lab Technician who can provide quality references and a good work history. A science degree is preferred but not mandatory. This individual must be mechanically inclined.

On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for producing paint formulations. They will run lab scale batches of paint together in addition to running lab scale processing equipment to appropriate process ability for full scale production. This individual will be responsible for basic wet chemistry tests, and industry-specific tests.

To be qualified for this position, individuals should have industry manufacturing experience from a plant environment. This position does not require a degree, but a degree reflects relevant background. This is a 2nd shift position, hours including M-F 3:15 PM - 11:30 PM. This is a long term contract with the possibility for permanent placement based on attendance and job performance.
