Aerotek is currently seeking a 1st shift administrative assistant. Hours are 8-4:30 Monday-Friday. This is a long term contract assignment located in Warrington, PA.

CORE RESPONSIBILITES
a. Being the first point of contact for all inbound calls, managing the switchboard and phone
b. Welcoming any visitors, clients and contractors.
c. Sorting and distributing all incoming and outgoing post.
d. Booking meeting rooms and conference calls, arranging visitor car parking and catering for client visits
e. Stationery ordering and stock control.
f. Sending and booking in courier packages.
g. Other ad-hoc duties for instance filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning documents and typing for the business, as and when required.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills including a pleasant and professional telephone manner, be flexible and reliable, and IT literate in Outlook, Word and Excel.
