Job Listing: Junior Underwriter

Our client, a large financial institution in Richmond is seeking qualified Mortgage Junior Underwriters.

The Junior Underwriter will be responsible for:
- Analyzing aged loans and preparing them to be sold on the secondary market.

Qualified Junior Underwriters will have:
- 3-5 years of mortgage underwriting and processing experience
- Must have experience processing mortgages from beginning to end.
- Must have experience pulling credit reports, verifying income and assets, ordering title and appraisals
- Must be willing to submit to a background check

This position is scheduled to be a contract opportunity. The hours are Monday through Friday from 3PM-11PM.
