Job Listing: OHSPD Superintendent

San Francisco General Contractor is seeking experienced Project Superintendent to oversee various Bay Area projects.

Duties include client interface, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination and management,, submittals, change orders, RFIs and material ordering. Projects will be predominately be hospitals, but can also be high tech, bio-pharma facilities, schools, universities, and more.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience as an Assistant Superintendent, or Project or General Superintendent managing one or more ground up construction projects. The candidate will have experience with structural steel, ground-up construction projects, and more importantly OSHPD projects. Only superintendents with commercial construction experience will be considered.
