Job Listing: Telephonic Drug Safety Nurse

Aerotek Healthcare is currently working with a company in the Chicago area that provides worldwide travel assistance services including emergency medical assistance, claims handling, interpretation/translation services, lifestyle and concierge services, home assistance, roadside assistance and customer service. This is a call center environment with Nurses and Pharmacists.

Nurses could be talking with patients, insurance companies or physicians directly. The group has been growing very quickly and they could be providing product support for pharmaceutical products out in the field.

Description of Position:
* Talk with patients and healthcare providers to help them with understanding various pharmaceutical products.
* This is all over the phone, this is a call center environment.
* Fill out the appropriate documentation and reporting for all conversations.
* Help healthcare providers and patients with product understanding.
* Handle inquires into product side effects.
