Job Listing: Business Process Analyst

TEKsystems is currently searching for a Business Process Analyst for a client on ours located in San Diego, CA. This is a contract opportunity.

This Business Process Analyst will be responsible for the following:

-develop, define, document, communicate, and provide training on Supply Chain Management business processes.
. Document existing and proposed business processes utilizing process modeling
. Develop and recommend alternate business processes to satisfy core business objectives
. Develop process performance metrics
. Benchmark processes and document best practices
. Will roll out, implement, communicate, maintain, and improve upon established processes (after obtaining approval)
. Provide task estimates, develop task schedules, and meet defined task schedules
. Solicit and document user requirements of underlying tools (MIS system, telecommunication systems, etc.)
. Secure user support of new process
. Help train users in new processes and systems
. Provide input to, and review of, documentation and training
. Ensure user acceptance of implemented systems and processes
. Organize appropriate status meetings, milestone events, etc
. Facilitate communication between user community and project representatives

A qualified candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience with Business process analysis and design, must fully understand the Business and Process requirements to Manufacture ASIC devices, must posses strong background in IT system design and testing and this candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills. Experience with Oracle, Rapid Response or Business Objects is highly desired.
