The ideal residential Superintendent will have:

* 7 - 10 years of experience

* High-end Residential interior Superintendent experience in Manhattan

* Experience working with Unions

* Experience working on projects larger than $2 million dollars

This company is looking to bring on a Superintendent who wants to grow with the company.
