Job Listing: Mortgage Loan Processors

A mortgage lender is currently looking to hire five (5) additional Junior Mortgage Loan Processors / Processing Assistants to work in their office in Elgin, IL.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

** Assisting with processing Mortgage Loan Packages for a Mortgage Banker / Lender

** Clearing conditions and preparing mortgage loan packages for Closing & Funding of the mortgage loans

** Assisting Processing Department with daily projects.

** Assisting Underwriting Department with daily projects.

** Entering information into the computer system both efficiently and effectively.

** Special Administrative tasks as assigned.

** Assisting with processing conventional streamline conventional mortgage loan packages.

** Maintaining knowledge of automated systems for loan processing.

** Receiving and distributing incoming applications.

** Forwarding loans through the automated underwriting systems.

** Ordering appraisals, processing payments and utilizing industry specific mortgage software to track and maintain mortgage applications.

** Providing excellent customer service for all internal and external clients.

** Maintaining production according to established standards.

** Completing and submitting mortgage loan packages.

** Organizing files for the entire team.

** Tracking down and distributing mortgage loan packages.

** Working accurately and efficiently to ensure mortgage documents documents are entered into the system correctly.

** Provide excellent customer service for both internal and external clients.

** Entering pertinent data into the computer system.

** Assist the entire team with faxing, filing and copying of documents.

** Assist with daily projects as needed.
