General Purpose of Job:
A customer service representative is often the first company representative a customer, agent or third party come in contact with regarding our products. Customer service representatives provide quality customer care and respond to inquiries in a professional, courteous and efficient manner. Representatives handle a large volume of telephone requests including policy changes, reviewing coverage, processing payments and answering billing or premium rating questions.
Our customer service representatives work in a dynamic call center where professionalism, personal development and commitment to our team environment is highly valued. Full time and part time positions are available.

Salary: $12.00 - $13.00

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To be successful in this position, you must have the following:
· Above average interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
· Strong computer/data entry and general math skills
· Good analytical and decision making skills
· Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
· Extreme focus on our customers? experience
· Previous customer service background helpful
