Job Listing: Entry Level Technical Recruiting Opportunity!
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for matching the skills of contractors to customer requirements, increasing existing business, bringing in new customers and applicants and keeping gross margins at the highest level possible. Entry Level to Advanced Level Recruiters are needed!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Interviewing applicants and ensuring that all their skills are identified.
Reviewing company policies and procedures with applicants.
Taking accurate job descriptions from customers and matching qualified contractors in all technical classifications.
Negotiating and setting bill rates charged to customers to obtain optimum gross margins.
Setting labor rates for contractors.
Assuring total customer satisfaction by handling all inquiries and resolving problems arising with customers or contractors.
Turning customer inquiries into orders and market qualified contractors.
Bringing in new business and supporting the sales efforts of the sales staff through good public relations, responsiveness and service.
Recruiting new applicants through existing and new sources.
Completing all required data entry and necessary paperwork.

This is a Direct-Hire, Full-Time, In-House position working directly with Volt Technical Resources, a division of a Fortune 1000 publicly traded Staffing Industry Leader, which is headquartered in Redmond, Washington. We are among the largest IT staffing companies in the US for contract/temporary and direct hire placements and support most of the top rated IT companies in the Pacific Northwest.

Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Ability to efficiently solve problems.
Ability to accomplish multiple tasks.
Must be organized.
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
Working Environment: Office environment.
