Job Listing: Program Manager - Web Design, XML, XSL

The team is looking for a Program Marketing Manager with web development and testing experience, or a proactive SDET (Software Design Engineer in Test) that is looking to broaden his/her career to product marketing and project management.
You will coordinate the development of marketing programs, technical product testing, development of product strategies, definition of promotional activities, and product launch.
It is essential that you possess a proactive nature, strong communication skills, and cross-group collaboration abilities. As a Tester, you know how to break things. You understand the importance of cross-component scenarios that focus on performance, scale and reliability.
Day to Day Work consists of:
Project managing and coordinating the certification of several rich media vendors to be compatible with our products
Ad hoc rich media ad testing, manual test case, and test plan development, filing bug reports, and interacting with rich media vendors as well as defining and reviewing work items performed by a mature vendor test team
Helping connect the dots between the online advertising sales team and the products groups and Publishers we represent
Engaging with Product Development, Sales and adjacent Business Group teams specializing in yield and business analysis and marketing communications
Using your understanding of online advertising and monetization to influence our product's commercial opportunity, form the value proposition and sales strategy, orchestrate the rollout of new initiatives to our sales organization and provide accountability for the success of your initiatives

Required Skills for this Program Manager includes the following:
Basic web application testing and development experience required
Prior experience in consumer-oriented web publishing, online advertising or other media is desired
Marketing experience with high technology products preferred
Understanding of DHTML, XML, XSL, JavaScript, and AJAX
Experience in web design with an understanding of visual interface design, site architecture and site usability issues
Experience in implementing cross browser web applications supporting IE, Firefox, Netscape and Safari
Exceptional customer focus and eye for quality
Able to multitask and balance work in multiple areas simultaneously, demands and deadlines; and consistent attention to detail in project management
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical problem solving
Able to build customer and partner relationships
Cross-Boundary collaboration
Education requirements: A Bachelor's degree in computer science and related technical discipline or a BA degree with technical and development or marketing focus is preferred
