Job Listing: Human Resources Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for their regional office. This position is responsible for administering policies relating to all phase of human resources activity by performing the following duties personally or through staff. Manages the recruitment cycle including; the development and implementation of an annual recruitment plan, developing sourcing strategies, sourcing and screening of candidates, writing job descriptions, preparing offer letters, and conducting exit interviews. Administers benefits programs such as life, health, dental, and disability insurance's, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance. Prepares budgets, reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover. Additional responsibilities include administering the safety program and spearheading safety initiatives.
