Job Listing: Staffing Manager

Our client, a mid sized government integrator, is searching for a staffing manager.

Staffing requirements are global including large volume ramp-ups as task orders are awarded.
- Identify global resources for candidates including Third Country nationals (TCN)
- Develop strategy for TCN recruiting
- Coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments.
- Overseas recruiting experience including working with labor brokers
- Planning and managing large volume recruiting efforts
- Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
- Planning and managing large volume recruiting efforts.
- Prior Staffing management experience including management of a staff of employees
