Job Listing: Customer Service Representative

Our client, a large HVAC company in Richmond, is seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
- Supporting the sales team by completing sales quotas, customer orders, and providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.

Qualified Customer Service Representatives will have:
- 2-3 years customer service experience
- Familiarity with the HVAC industry, to include York product line
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in business, or equivalent level of experience and a high school diploma

This position is scheduled to be a contract-to-hire opportunity. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8AM- 5PM.
