Job Listing: Janitor

Our client, a large aerospace distributor is seeking a qualified Janitor to join their company in Valencia, CA.

Requirements:
- Janitorial candidate must have 5+ years in maintenance field in a manufacturing/ distribution environment.
-Janitor must have experience running cleaning machines including floor buffer/ waxer.

Responsibilities:
-Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs and office space.
-Empties trash and garbage containers.
-Maintains building, performing minor and routine maintenance activities.
-Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions.
-Cleans debris from sidewalk.
-Cleans bathrooms and kitchens.
-Operate floor scrubber.
-Other duties as assigned
